Allan Butson-Director
Allan has a Masters of Accounting (Macc), is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia (FTIA). Allan runs his own accounting practise in Geraldton, Western Australia and is a Director of nine companies. In addition, he sits on the Ngarda Ngarli Foundation as specialist advisor and a board member.

Ian Meyers- Director
For the ten year period ended March 2007, Ian held the position of Deputy Head, Indigenous Business Australia (IBA). During this time significant growth occurred within IBA's investment assets. IBA continued to contribute to Indigenous economic policy development and additional programs were implemented resulting in the absorption and ongoing ownership and management of a home loans portfolio and a small business loans portfolio.

Ray Sputore- Director
Appointed to the Board in 2009, Ray has 34 years experience in the construction industry. He joined Leighton Contractors in Western Australia in 2002 as Director and General Manager. Ray currently has the role of General Manager, Western Region. Ray has been instrumental in initiating change in company direction from civil and mining focussed to a multi discipline business operating across three sectors: Infrastructure, Resources and Oil & Gas

Andrew Tod - Director
Andrew was appointed to the Board in 2006 and is the National Strategic Development Manager of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd with specific responsibility for the National Construction and Mining Division. Andrew has spent more than 25 years experience in the resources and energy sectors in Australia and South America and has held senior positions in project management, business development and strategic planning with both Australian and multinational companies.
