Barry Taylor - Director & Executive Chairman
Barry is a Nyamal man from the Pilbara region and has spent over 25 years working in the Aboriginal industry in Western Australia. He was elected Chairman of the Ngarda Ngarli Yarndu ATSIC Regional Council in 2002 and during his tenure, held a number of government board positions including Chairman ATSIC Western Australian State Council and Deputy Chairman – Aboriginal Housing Infrastructure Council.
Laurie Voyer - Director
Appointed to the Board in 2006, Laurie is the Deputy Managing Director of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd with specific responsibility for the National Construction and Mining Divisions. During Laurie’s 34 years with Leighton Contractors, he has held numerous senior management roles in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales and has a vast Building, Civil and Mining Project based experience.
Andrew Tod - Director
Andrew was appointed to the Board in 2006 and is the National Strategic Development Manager of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd with specific responsibility for the National Construction and Mining Division. Andrew has spent more than 25 years experience in the resources and energy sectors in Australia and South America and has held senior positions in project management, business development and strategic planning with both Australian and multinational companies.
Sue Palmer - Alternate Director
Sue was appointed as an Alternate Director to the Board in 2006 and is the National Finance and Commercial Manager of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd. Sue is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors and has been on Executive teams for major corporations for the pass 16 years. Sue has extensive experience in the areas of finance, accounting, insurance, contract management and auditing. Sue is currently a Director of the Port of Brisbane Corporation and previously Deputy Chair of the Queensland Competition Authority.
